Liquid yeast will be okay for short periods out of refrigeration. We send an ice pack with all liquid yeast orders to keep it chilled for as long as possible. If the delivery of your order has taken an extra day or two and has arrived warm the yeast will be fine, but we always recommend making a yeast starter to be sure.
