We process orders for dispatch the same or next business day. Once it has been collected by the courier company, you will receive a tracking notification. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days for North Island addresses, and 1-4 days for South Island, depending on size, type of package, and destination.

Allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries. Note that on some rural deliveries the tracking may state as being delivered, however this may be when the package is handed over to the rural driver and not necessarily delivered to your property.

For larger shipments sent with freight companies, expect an additional couple of days for delivery.
