If we don't have your credit card information stored, your subscription will be set to invoice for payment. The invoice will contain information on how to make the payment. 

Alternatively, you can have your card details stored at any stage, either when making an order or via our support team. Card details are stored securely with Stripe. Just let us know to update the subscription to use the stored card.
